Over more than 40 years, Jay has mastered every stage of a build—from foundations and framing to fabrication and fine finishes. His portfolio spans New York City, the Catskills, the Hamptons, San Francisco, and the Poconos, including the conversion of an early 1800s tobacco barn featured in Casa Vogue Brasil.

A Maryland native, Jay grew up on job sites, driving his first nail at four years old. His father was a builder, his grandfather a commercial builder, and from an early age he was alongside them, learning the trade by watching, helping, and eventually building himself. More than 40 years later, he still approaches every project with the same curiosity and care. Whether leading the design of a custom home or collaborating with homeowners, architects, and interior designers to realize a shared vision, Jay approaches every project with the same commitment to thoughtful design and meticulous craftsmanship.
