Jay Jennings offers custom design-build work based in East Hampton and New York City. His work spans ground-up construction, full renovations, bespoke built-ins, custom millwork, and furniture. Over more than 40 years, Jay has mastered every stage of a build—from framing and fabrication to fine finishes. His portfolio spans New York City, the Catskills, San Francisco, and the Hamptons, including the conversion of an 1800s tobacco barn featured in Casa Vogue Brasil.

Originating from Maryland, Jay grew up on job sites, driving his first nail at four years old. His father was a builder, his grandfather a commercial builder, and from an early age he was alongside them, learning the trade by watching, helping, and eventually building himself. More than 40 years later, he still approaches every project with the same curiosity and care. He's driven by the belief that beautiful spaces can change the way someone lives.
